Jesus and Autobahn were highly recommended to me by a trusted co-worker and I wasn't disappointed. Jesus fit me in for a service on a very busy morning when I had a problem with my vehicle on my way to work. Jesus and his staff also worked late to make sure the repairs were complete on the same day! On top of all this, I was provided a courtesy ride to and from my workplace in downtown Newark. I felt pretty vulnerable that day as I was worried that something very serious was wrong with my car. Jesus was very honest and did not take advantage of my position. He provided me with a clear, timely, accurate estimate and explanation for the work needed. The repairs were successful and my vehicle is running great several days later. I have normally used my dealer for all vehicle repairs and maintenance and have been satisficed, however, I've never experienced the level of service Jesus and Autobahn provided to me on this difficult day. My expectations were greatly exceeded! I will be bringing my car to Autobahn from now on.
